What we are looking for in our next Team Member

  • Experience level – We welcome all levels of experience to apply
  • A friendly, hard-working, detail-oriented CPA, Tax Accountant or Tax Attorney
  • You have a current CPA license (Or working towards obtaining your license)
  • You enjoy preparing tax returns for various individuals, businesses, trusts and estates of differing complexities
  • You enjoy adding value to clients through tax planning and consulting projects
  • You take pride in your work, are willing to learn and strive to complete a quality product
  • You enjoy communicating with clients
  • You enjoy detailed tax research related to various client issues
  • You possess strong writing skills
  • You look forward to working extended tax season hours so that you can enjoy the fruits of your labor in the summer; generally, Monday through Thursday work weeks!

Seasonal Tax Preparer

What to Know

This position begins January 2024 with a flexible work schedule typically between 20-40 hours a week and continues through approximately March 15, 2024. Primary job responsibilities include preparing 1099’s, personal property tax returns and assistance with a data verification process. If a qualified LTC/LTP is interested in preparing individual income tax returns, this position could extend through April 15th. We are hopeful the right candidate would continue to work with us seasonally for years to come!

Job Must-Have’s

  • Strong computer and general IT skills, especially in Word, Excel and Adobe
  • Quick learner
  • Detail-oriented
  • Team player with willingness to collaborate on projects
  • Flexibility in schedule to accommodate for peak deadlines and high document in-flow
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Preferred LTP or LTC designation (With this designation, opportunity for 1040 preparation exists)

Seasonal Administrative Assistant

What to Know

This position will be required to work from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday starting in January 2024 and continuing through tax season, typically April 15th. The primary function of this position will be to assist with preparation of Forms 1099, Personal Property Tax Returns, Auto Flow and other administrative tasks. We are hopeful the right candidate would continue to work with us seasonally for years to come!

Job Must-Have’s

  • Strong computer, phone system and general IT skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and a great attitude
  • Ability to operate efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player

Seasonal Receptionist

What to Know

This position will be required to work from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday starting in January 2024 and continuing through tax season, typically April 15th. The primary function of this position will be to answer phones and greet clients at the door. We are hopeful the right candidate would continue to work with us seasonally for years to come!
