CCH Axcess has been our main hub for storing your documents and personal information for the past several years. It’s natural then, that we look to CCH Axcess for the next step in our partnership with you.
With that, we want to give you a glimpse into the new program we’ve upgraded to called CCH Client Collaboration.
The Basics of CCH Client Collaboration
What makes this new system noteworthy is that it clearly outlines the tasks you need to complete for us to prepare your tax return. The main difference between this tool and our previous program is that it will eliminate the need for constant e-mailing, ensuring faster response times, and it will keep our messages in one secure place. In this portal, you will find your engagement letters, tax organizers, and eventually a finalized tax return.
A few key highlights of this new system are the following:
- A personalized task list to keep you organized and up-to-date with the preparation process.
- Easy communication with your accountant via the messaging tool.
- The ability to upload documents year-round to your personal document locker.
- A packed video library with how-to and walkthrough videos for any questions that arise.
